Displate 13th Birthday contest Terms and Conditions

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) refer to a Contest in the field of culture and art organized under the name “13^th Birthday contest” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”).
2. The Contest is organized by GWD Concept Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: Displate) , with its registered office in Warsaw 02-017, Aleje Jerozolimskie 123A, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under entry No. 0000451277, NIP (Tax Identification Number) 9512364589 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
3. The Organizer confirms that any associate Licensors DO NOT sponsor, endorse or manage, in any way, this Contest, nor are they associated with it. Accordingly, in no case will … be liable with respect to the Contest. The Organizer shall indemnify and hold harmless, exonerate … from any liability in connection with this Contest. The data and information the Participant (as defined below) provides in relation to participation in this Contest is provided to the Organizer and not to …, and that data  and information will be used solely in accordance with these terms and conditions for the purpose of the Contest.
4. The Contest is organized on the territory of the Republic of Poland through the Internet.
5. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta.
6. The Contest is not a game of chance, a lottery, a mutual bet, a promotional lottery, the outcome of which depends on chance, or any other form of random game provided for in the law of November 19, 2009 on gambling games (Journal of Laws of 2023, No. 227 as amended).
7. The aim of the Contest is to popularize the products of the Organizer.

§ 2. PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST

1. The Contest is of open character, intended exclusively for natural persons, provided that each participant must meet jointly the following conditions:
   1. finished 18th year of age, 
   2. has full capacity to perform legal acts, 
   3. lives in a country to which the Organizer ships its products (full list can be found here: https://displate.com/about-faq) 

(hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).

2. Before entering the Contest, each Participant is obliged to read these Terms. By entering the Contest, the Participant agrees to these Terms. The Participant is obliged to follow the rules set out in these Terms, as well as to fulfil the conditions required to participate in the Contest for the whole duration of the Contest.
3. Ascendants, spouses, siblings, as well as employees and co-workers of the Organizer and their close relatives are barred from participating in the Contest.
4. To announce the Contest, the Organiser will post the following to Instagram: @Displate
