Your Package’s Grand Adventure
You’ve placed your order — hooray! Somewhere in the world, your Displate has just begun its hero’s journey. Capes optional, tracking number included.
Where does it go from here?
As soon as you hit that order button, your poster-to-be joins the production queue and gets in line for its big debut. No dusty shelves or forgotten stockpiles here — each Displate is printed fresh on demand, with colors that pop and details that shine.
Our machines are fast, designs sharp, and most orders speed through like they’ve got plot armor. But during peak times (yes, holidays, we see you), things can slow down a bit. So if your order’s taking a bit longer, hang tight — it’s still in the works, just pacing itself for a perfect finish.
How We Keep Your Stuff Safe
Fresh off the press, your Displate is itching to travel. But don’t worry, we don’t just toss it in a box and hope for the best. This isn’t a flyer stuck to your windshield — it’s wall art with main-character energy, and we treat it accordingly.
Packed Like We Mean It
We pack your poster like it’s going on an overseas vacation — with cardboard inserts, high hopes, and zero room to move. Everything is snug and secure, so your Displate arrives exactly as it should — in mint condition and ready to hang.
Each one is shrink-wrapped for protection, tucked into a branded cardboard box, and — if it’s a Size L — reinforced with an extra cardboard frame to keep it locked in place. No dents, no drama.
Shipped With the Pros
When it’s time to ship out, your Displate goes straight to our trusted couriers — DHL, FedEx, or UPS. No carrier pigeons involved, only pros who know how to get your poster where it needs to go — wings, wheels, and all.
Once your order is on the move, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your Displate’s progress. Keep your order number handy — we’ll ask for it if you need help along the way.
Shipping Costs – Not Random, We Swear
Shipping costs aren’t just plucked out of a hat — they’re based on real things like how much your order weighs and how many oceans it has to cross. The destination country, total weight, and fuel fees all play a role in the final number.

Why It Might Take A Bit (But It’s Worth It!)
If we could, your Displate would teleport in like a Star Trek crew member — shimmer, sparkle, zap, done. Until then, we have shipping.
Our HQ is in Poland — land of pierogi and meticulously packed posters. That means depending on where you are in the world, your order might take a little longer to arrive than something from around the corner.
Delivery usually takes 2 to 8 business days, based on your location, and we’ll always show you the estimated arrival date at checkout, so you know exactly when to expect wall-worthy greatness.
Quality takes a moment. But when it lands, it delivers.
Changed Your Mind? – Here’s How Returns Work
Not feeling it? Happens to the best of us! (We once returned shoes for being too shiny — no judgment here.) You’ve got 100 days to return your Displate. Keep it in its original condition and the mounting system unused, and we’ll refund you in full.
Heads up: if you used a Displate Club voucher or ordered a custom design, those are one-of-a-kind masterpieces and can’t be refunded.
Return Shipping
If your Displate is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know, and we’ll make it right. No need to stress about return costs — we’ve got you covered.
If everything looks good but you’ve had a change of heart, sending it back is on you. Yep, we get it — not ideal. But since we’re based in Poland, your Displate has to make the trip back home. No prepaid labels, no teleportation tech (yet), just good old-fashioned mail.
Don’t Send Your Displate to Space
When it’s time to return your Displate, make sure it’s headed to the right place — not into orbit and definitely not to our U.S. office.
Why? Because our U.S. location is more “desk and coffee” than “return hub.” Packages sent there won’t find their way to our returns team. So save your Displate the detour and send it straight to our HQ in Poland:

Don’t forget to include your completed return form inside the package, wrap your Displate like a precious gift, and let the postal system do its thing.
Exceptions & Special Products
Picked a next-gen Lumino poster? Excellent choice — you clearly have an eye for the bold stuff.
But hey, even bold picks don’t always hit the mark. If it’s not quite right, you can always return it.
Here’s what we need from you:
- The poster
- Power bank
- 2 USB-C cables
- Mounting system
Use original packaging if possible, and add a UN3481 Lithium Battery Label. Print it in color, minimum 10×10 cm (3.94” × 3.94”).
Refunds: When, How, and What Happens Next
Let’s talk money — specifically, getting yours back without the drama.
Once your return arrives, we’ll send you a quick confirmation. From there, it takes up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
You’ll get your money back through the same payment method you used — no store credit, no surprises.
One caveat: if you’re only sending back part of your order, we can’t refund the original shipping cost. And partial returns of our Safe Wall Magnet Mounting System aren’t possible — the whole thing’s gotta come back together or not at all.
